Let's start by thanking all the members of the community for reading so much! ๐งก
This is a tribute to every story told and read over the last year. We believe that reading makes each of us better - and in turn we can make the world better.
Hardcover is a social network for readers to find and share their favorite books with their friends and the world. We've been inspired by Letterboxd Year in Movies for years and are excited to bring that same celebration to books.
This is the Hardcover 2023 Year in Books! ๐๐ฅณ๐พ

We are a bootstrapped group set out to build the book platform we've always wanted to exist. We're not yet profitable but we'd love nothing more than to work on Hardcover for years to come. For that we need your help! Consider becoming a Supporter or sharing Hardcover with a book friend.
Hardcover is currently 26% funded.
Disclosure: This page uses images generated by LLMs (large language models). We value the work of artists and hope to grow to the point where we can commission custom artwork โ but we're not there yet.
We think using LLMs transparently and choosing platforms that allow creators to opt out or to receive royalties enables new forms of art - but we also recognize that this is a new and evolving space. We're excited to see how it develops and will always support creators over AI.
