A wonderful book by Roald Dahl. I don't understand how he finds ideas for his books and also for the comedy part.
I was laughing throughout the book. Its a quick read I guess.
Matilda is a wonderful girl with extraordinary capabilities compared to her age. She reads a lot and is extremely good at maths. She also has a power where she can move, lift, push or pull objects with her eyes.
She is not very self conscious.
I must say I really liked the story.
A phenomenal book by Stephen King.
It totally tells us about his life and how he writes his stories and how we can write our own stories.
The book is or can be used as a constant guide for writing.
Stephen king gives us permission to write and thats the most important thing if you were looking for it.
And don't forget to read a lot and write a lot.
First book by Jojo Moyes that I read.
The book was in simple language and the story was pretty straightforward.
I liked the book very much; filled with comedy, romance and also tragedy. The books also motivates us to live an adventurous life and out of our comfort zone.
I would suggest the song “Keating's triumph” from the movie Dead poets society to go very well with this book.
Loved the book.
Its so hard for me to believe that this was Paula Hawkins's first book. What a wonderful thriller. I am also planning on watching the movie adaptation of this book (hope its as good as the book).
The book also has a different way of telling the story, has three different narrators which is just great because all have different personalities. A wonderful read.
The book is a fiction and not a non fiction
Its a story that motivates you to read Chanakaya's arthashastra.
The author says we need to read the arthashastra to find the Chanakaya in you.
If you read this book, I think you will not find the Chanakaya in you but you need to read the original arthashastra.
