A new edition is promises soonish but this is still an amazing technical book. Practical and clear and wise. If you aren't going to read the first edition then you should definitely read the second if you are a programmer. Its Ruby-centric but the concepts are easy to apply to a slew of O-O languages.

Like a lot of other readers I found this book exasperating. I appreciated the mythical approach and the mystery that needed to be solved but the pace was glacial. Definitely not for me.

nice collection of Elmore Leonard short stories.

The introduction to the James Bond character. A good story. Nothing like the over-the-top movies. Enjoyable page-turner.

another good one in the wonderful Dresden series.
