A Shimmer of Red

The characters in this book are so real! They are making bad decisions and good decisions. They are pulling away from their people and depending on them. Each character is living a life that is realistic and it is very well done. It is hard to know who is the good one, the bad one, the naive one, etc.
Because of that, I was very interested Odessa solving that mystery. I was suspicious of a few people, so I couldn't nail down who it was until the end. And even while the killer is being revealed and captured, there were still character traits being revealed. This was a great mystery with great characters.
