This book was real boring! Even the action scenes where for me quit dull, it was only because of my stubborness that I kept reading.
I found the main female character (Diana Bishop) weak, whiney and not believable at all, the main male character (Matthew de Clermont) was a pitiful excuse for a vampire. There relationship felt like the bad kind of insta-love. Why would a 1500 year old vampire give a 20/30 something year old the time of day?
I wonder if the author even research vampires and witches.
