I like the way Maddie's family was incorporated into this book. I liked the investigation and the reveal. I liked the way Maddie slowly gathered a group around her to help with the investigation.
I have not read the other books in this universe, but the hints i get in this one make me consider picking those up.
Enjoyable first in the series.
