If I Were You

Another 3.5 rounded up! This evoked emotion in me (both good and bad) and I overall enjoyed it. Definitely agree that the ending was rather rushed.

I don't think our main characters are meant to be necessarily likable but that's the point here I guess. Overall I really like this authors writing and I'm glad I read it.

The tidbits about the American vs UK outlook on the war was also actually super interesting!
