Book Two finds Lucifer hard at work on creating his own universe, outside of the bounds of his father's creation. But nothing is ever that simple and forces are at work that would seek to conquer and destroy his creation.

Building ever more intricate tales, Mike Carey has really taken ownership of the character that first appeared in Neil Gaiman's Sandman. The writing is superb, the characters well crafted and the artwork brings it all to life.

The series is building to rival Gaiman's Sandman in it's scope and mythic quality. Bring on Book Three!
