O mundo depois de nós

After watching (and loving) the movie adaptation on Netflix, I was really looking foward to read the book. But it turned out to be quite tedious. I get that this was probably the point that Rumaan was trying to make. That humans are in fact tedious, if you take our dreams and goals away, and leave us with nothing but our humanity and basic needs, our daily life would sound boring. But that was kind of obvious from early on you know... it shouldn't have to take so long, with an overly descriptive writing, to make sense.
