Mount Macon is one of my favourite small town romances!

Raelyn has crushed, and maybe even stalked a little (okay, maybe a lot), on Davis - the mountain Grump since she was a teenager. But an encounter in town had her booking it to New York to complete a college degree and escape Mount Macon.

Davis is a troubled man with a deep past that keeps him holed up in his mountain home. He rarely comes to town and likes it that way.

Needing to come home to help her town, Rae is hopeful that Davis has moved on from Mount Macon, but when he comes over to her parents house of all places, she becomes defensive and off-putting towards him - hoping to keep her secret locked tight.

These two have amazing chemistry, but I hate how they didn't communicate. It all comes together beautifully at the end, and we see great character growth from Davis in particular.

If you love small town, grumpy/sunshine types, you're going to want to pick up this book! Davis also has a filthy mouth
