Bit of a mixed bag. Lots of pretty photographs, slight veering into simple living tenets, and unfortunately of the colour photographs, the majority were of completed projects, only seven were of certain sashiko designs, the rest of the instructions were in black and white diagrams, no photos, in 20 pages at the back. Lovely to see what the finished work can look like, but I'd rather have more of the well spaced instructions with colour photos.
