The Armourer's Prentices

I had a hard time getting through this one because the fiction was so dense. Some sentences lasted a quarter page! There aren't a lot of books in which I require fewer words, but this is one where the narration actually obscured some story elements and made it harder to take in what was going on around the tale. Further obscuring that was a boatload of characters, some of which had quite similar names.

It improved past the first half and I began to like it better, but overall it was a difficult read. I most enjoyed the stories of the times of old and what life was like in Henry VIII's early years.
