Oh, but I could happily read so many more entries in this series, despite loving how Scalzi chose to end things.
Fully immersed, every time I'm back in the world of this series, the rotating and new bunch of characters, banter and debate, he just does interpersonal dialogue so well.
I mean yeah, there's some epic, and tragic interplanetary, interspecies stuff going on, amid actions scenes and humourous asides, but it's how the author chooses to take the time to have various beings speak to each other that gets me every time.
And as always major props for the blantant anti-colonial rhetoric.
