History is my least favorite subject, but this book makes it interesting. I'm horrible with dates and remembering battles so I never took an interest in history. This book is about Desiree Clary Bernadotte and her life in conjunction with Napoleon Bonaparte. It's hard to believe all that happened in Desiree's life.
