Meandering along to a lower rating does not really help a series. Nothing new in this installment and neither does it move the overall story along except a seat on the council. Got bored in many parts and managed to struggle to the end. Better explanation of a divination mage though which delivered some interest. Wondering whether to move forwards or not.
