One of the books I actually want to forget, so I can experience the joy of re-reading it like it is a first time.

Simple, interesting, powerful. Yep, nice book.

Why do I find every book that is written from perspective of a dog so fricking cool?

Very epic but also a bit gay.

Sad and morally devastating novel in which pretty much everyone can find an unexpected parallel to their life. Being written in 1859, it still remains relevant to this day, if not even more than before.

“Heart of a Dog” did it better.

Merged review:

“Heart of a Dog” did it better.

Not your typical “Witcher” style fantasy book. Tough-ass guy destroys a crude ghoul and demolishes its swamp, then grabs a drink in the nearest tavern. - yep, not here.

Better version of Bukowski, in Japanese style.

A lovely gay fanfic by Dante, staring himself and love of his life Virgil.

Автором выдвигается интересная теория; личность человека определяется влиянием и харкатером “доминирующего” лица в детстве. Книга написана в легком и не вычурным стиле. Не обязательно принимать тезис автора за истину, читать можно просто для расширения общего кругозора.
