🎧 2026 Reread: Oh, Elli! I just want to wrap her up in the biggest, safest hug ever!!!
Male narrator though totally ruined Sin.

Ok, this was much darker than the Ritual and at times, really hard to get through. The plot kept twisting and I cared so much for Ellie that I had to make it through. 🖤

I first fell in love with the story ten years ago, getting hooked from the very first chapter. After a long reading slump that lasted nearly a decade, I finally returned to it—and I’m thrilled I did, because I couldn’t put it down. This book is a refreshing departure from my usual, spicier reads, keeping me eager to discover what happens next.

2026 Re-Read: Audiobook 🎧 Oh, Ryat. Yep, you're still top 5! I don't recall the FMC sleeping so much the first time lol.
2024: Ok! Ryat Archer is so in the top 3 book boyfriends list!! 🖤🖤🖤
I binged this book and immediately started Book 2!

February 2026 Re-Read: Oy vey... 10 years later and I'm struggling with this book.
January 2016: Even though I hate how this book is split up, I am hooked on the story!!!

February 2026 Re-Read: The male main character living in the Trump Tower in Chicago did not age well... The characters do not make any specific comments about Trump. Just the mention of the character living in the Trump Tower in Chicago. Book published in 2014.
January 2016: Although I love the story and the characters, this really should not have been divided up into six books of only 50 pages. This really could have been just one book.

February 2026 Re-Read: This brought back memories! 10 years ago I loved this story... let's see what I think now!
January 2016: Why was this book only 50 pages?!
I read this in just one sitting and absolutely loved it! First, let me offer up some praise for the author's development of Katelynn and how she is a strong woman and one who does not give everything up for Finn. As a feminist, I greatly appreciate stories like this! Moreover, I loved reading how Katelynn handled working in a male dominated industry (sports journalism). I hope the rest of the books in the series live up to this!
