A Murderous Tangle

For some reason this one was a bit more sad to me than I usually find this series. Maybe because the Tess character was just so full of sadness when she was a feisty woman in the beginning? I'm not sure what it was. The story was fine, though it felt like it wrapped up really quickly in the end.
