Aimless Love: Billy Collins. And, if you are like me, that's all you really need to know. Billy Collins is the most readable poet in America today. His poems should be right there on the front page of the newspaper, as the lead in the newscast, read just after the National Anthem at all baseball games and horse races. Go, BC, go.
I really enjoyed a few of the poems in this book. But it took me a year to get through it. I don't think poetry is for me.
