Сочинение Геродота – это не только исторический рассказ о греко-персидских войнах и других событиях, но и настоящая энциклопедия, содержащая географические, этнографические, естественно-исторические и литературные сведения. В первую часть настоящего издания вошли книги Клио, Евтерпа, Талия, Мельпомена; во вторую – Терпсихора, Эрато, Полигимния, Урания, Каллиопа. Также обе части включают в себя предисловия, в которых дан анализ труда Геродота и его влияние на мировую культуру.

Ahh I'm sorry!! This one really didn't work for me. I feel so bad but I WILL be buying book #5.
I think this was a me issue, and not a book issue. I didn't like the increasing POV from the teens and all the teen angst. That did not interest me at ALL.
And I thought the group of bad people in the mystery/thriller aspect was all just extremely extremely generic and extremely boring. BUT other people may enjoy this one a bit more! Who knows!
Overall would still recommend this series as this was the only book that didn't work for me.
Gwen Proctor and her family have been through hell most cannot fathom. As they are slowly trying to heal their wounds and become part of the small community of Stillhouse Lake...life has other plans.
Gwen has been working as a PI and is given a 3 year old cold case regarding a college student who vanished without a clue. During the investigation she is bombarded with her past, threatened by Stillhouse Lake locals, and faced with the uncertainty of her family's safety. Will she be able to solve the cold case while making sure her family survives?
This is the 4th in the Stillhouse Lake series and man what a rush! I love everything about this series and can't wait to continue the adventure.
