In more ways than one Ivy has lived her entire life caged. She may have been rescued from her prison, but the monsters still haunt her dreams never being truly freed. SK does it once again. Always shocking me (but in a good way). So much happened that I can’t even put it all into words without spoiling it for the rest. I was so ready to see Micah and Ella/Snow White/Phoenix together again, I definitely needed more scenes with the pair. I was so sad for Micah until SK said “SIKE!” in that one scene and all seemed to be right in the world, though his parents were a real piece of work. Can’t wait for the next book in the series!
