Day Shift

I enjoyed this even more than the first. Charlaine Harris is bringing some of the side characters from Sookie Stackhouse books into this small town in Texas named Midnight which I really enjoyed. You don't have to have read them to understand what is going on though. Lots of paranormal characters in this weird little town including a talking cat.
