Overall well done. A majority of stories appealed to my interest; also liked that it covered a broad range of eras and topics.
Matt Dembicki's ‘Ego Shine' a shoeshine business that brought attention to antiquated laws.
Also was curious how accurate it was: https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/despite-losing-his-flagship-location-ego-brown-is-one-happy-shoeshine-man/2012/02/24/gIQACVuYcR_story.html
Didn't love Steve Loya's ‘Crow and Panda'. I think that there could have been a better story about this panda.
Love Jim Ottaviani, his ‘101 Miles of Monument' about the subway system and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial has this lovely play on perspective.
Enjoyed Tabitha Whissemore's ‘Vinne and Abe', which was about Vinnie Ream's sculpture and bust of Lincoln.
