Happy trail!
What an emotional roller coaster! Laughing so hard I had tears streaming down my face and thought my jaw would break, to needing tissues during the moments I bawled my eyes out. I love the characters and the story and would love to read more with this pair.
Daisy's lovely writing set in the world of Penny Reid's Winston Brothers series - in my book, that's a winning combination!
I loved spending my time with Olive and Jay on the AT, the banter between these two had me at times laughing out loud (always a plus when reading on public transit... ;) ), and I enjoyed to see their relationship develop.
While the inital attraction was rather insta-lovey, I liked that the story itself spanned several months.
This was such an adorable read. It was a really cute story about opening to love in unexpected places and finding yourself. I wouldn't mind getting snowed in a cabin with Ranger Daniels!
This book is pretty funny and more of a chick lit than romance, but in this case, it worked for me. I'm not usually into general fiction or chick/women's lit, but this was fun. I also really liked Olive which I think helped me enjoy the book more. Olive ends up soul searching and figuring out who she is on this amazing hike.
This book actually made me want to go on a hike so badly. To go explore and enjoy nature. Not many books fuel this drive in me to do different things and even thinking about this book sparks the interest again.
