Uff og akk, dette var en forferdelig dårlig thriller. Jeg tror ikke på noen ting av det som beskrives, måten å bygge plotet på var helt forferdelig. Det aller mest irriterende var måten boken var oppbygd på. Indre stemmer-kursive fortellinger fra et utall ulike karakterer som alle sammen skriver og snakker i nåtid. Og slutten? Den burde slutta mye før.
Likevel måtte jeg lese den ferdig. Noen har evnen til å få deg til å lese neste side, neste kapittel på en merkelig fascinerende måte.
Hvorfor gadd jeg lese den ferdig da? Fly, Sidney, jetsetlivet. Og fordi man kan bli fascinert av patetisk spenning.

I did not like the ending. It kind of ruined the book for me.
Not my favorite Clare Mackintosh. Pretty slow until the last 15%. Some twists, some triggers. Political: climate change
