I loved this.
I too was in love with someone who didn't love me back. Kylie wrote Lena exactly how I felt, ugh it was heart-wrenching and true.
(Except I didn't get a HEA)
Didn't know what to expect going into this installment in the Stage Dive series as Jimmy hadn't been a very likeable character up to this point. He continues to be frustrating in this book but we get to find out why he is the way he is. He and Lena's relationship develops over a span of several months, which was nice after the last two books had their characters falling in love super quick. Lead also includes hilarious appearances from Mal and the rest of the Stage Dive crew, so I would recommend reading the series in its entirety from the beginning even though each novel could be read as a stand alone.
