Porter is a standalone in the Men of Lovibond series and I read it as such, although I can't wait to dive into the previous two books I honestly think it read as a standalone...and I'm very choosy about what I consider a standalone.

I loved Porter and Frankee's story, it had lots of different elements that weaved together to form their relationship and make it something special. I really liked that and felt the ‘issues' raised in the book were handled sensitively and intelligently...obviously not wanting to give anything away here.

Charlotte was an interesting twist and I really liked how that came to be and that I really disliked her, from the get go. Seeing that play out was fun and frustrating in equal measure.

Did I mention this book is hot? As in, steaming. The sex scenes will have you hot under the collar in no time.
