Kinda wishing for half-stars, right now, because this was more of a 2.5. It was really preachy, which was a bit irritating.
I believe in global warming, but even I couldn't stomach this book. It read like one giant PSA!
It was ok, the flock is apparently mutating on their own, getting some cool new abilities, even Total. There is again an evil mastermind trying desperately to capture them, and this time the story is set in the cold land of Antarctica brrrr no thanks. It was a fun read that developed the story a little bit, but it just seemed like a new bad guy was suddenly introduced and then taken care of, and its like...who was this guy? where did he come from? I think there should've been a little more character development, and as the book was short as it was, it shouldn't have been that hard. Still, if you like James Patterson's books then you'll like this one.
