This should have been a 5 star read for me but a trope I absolutely hate happened so I had to lower my rating to 4 stars. I love this word and how the series is set up with individual couples coming together but also the main overarching story unfolding. I'm super excited to read Thorne's story next.
A white haired, wolf shifting Fae Guardian? I'M IN! You need more than that? FINE.
Clarke , a human, wakes up in an unfamiliar place only to realize she is technically home. Just not a home in her own time. And perhaps with some powers she didn't have before waking in this strange new place.
Rush (the aforementioned yummy white haired fae) is cursed and nobody has seen him in a very long time. Literally. Until Clarke when he's at the right place at the right time to save her.
CUE THE QUEST.
A post apocalyptic world with different shifting Fae, different races, a forbidden romance ( a human and a Fae? GASP), upcoming war, a curse that needs broken, and a library scene I may have read twice...okay fine three times. Judge me.
