I get why Murakami is so popular.

For more than half of the book, nothing really happened, but the last 5-10 chapters were pretty good.

I did not expect that ending 😭

This was a very tough read. People are still not aware of postpartum depression and how it affects women.

The ending is totally worth it. I disliked some things like the noble savage view of China and Russia but that was to be expected.

It's a lot better than The Martian, I didn't like that one.
