3 Books
See allI've rarely been so invested in a trilogy. The final book of Knights of Eternity pulled everything together with a perfect mix of tension, depth, and emotion. I connected deeply with the characters, each of their flaws made their choices feel so real.
The worldbuilding kept surprising me with its creativity, and this series left a lasting impression on me. I'm already missing it. I highly recommend the whole series.
A Gritty, Immersive Cultivation Western That Hits the Mark
I've really enjoyed Flamespitter. It's a fantastic mix of Western grit and cultivation-style progression, with a clever system that deepens as the story unfolds. The Gunslinger classes are especially well done, making every fight feel dynamic and strategic.
The worldbuilding is rich, the pacing keeps things moving, and the MC's growth feels natural. The system starts simple but evolves in ways that matter.
And the narration? Absolutely top-tier. Every narrator involved brings something special, making this an even more immersive experience. Can't wait for the next book!
I absolutely loved A Work in Progress! It's warm, funny, and full of heart, with characters that had me laughing and rooting for them the whole way. The mix of witty banter, heartfelt moments, and charming settings made it such a fun and engaging story. One of those uplifting reads that leaves you smiling long after you're done!
Theft of Decks two is a fantastic continuation. The crew's successful heist has landed them in deep trouble, and watching them navigate the fallout is gripping. The story is driven by their struggle to survive and stay one step ahead, and the characters really shine under pressure.
The expanding world of Ordei adds another layer of intrigue. I enjoyed seeing how the characters adapted their strategies and used the decks in creative ways.
Overall, it's a fast-paced, engaging read that builds upon the first book in exciting ways. I am really looking forward to the next book in the series.
Loved Death Cultivator! Strong characters, great pacing, and a fun mix of humor, action, and fresh cultivation worldbuilding. Travis Baldree's narration was the perfect match. Can't wait for book two!
