Alacrion

The story was lacking but the representation and characters really pushed me through it. But all the character building was for not as they promptly start acting outside of character and the setup for the next book does not seem to go in a direction that I am interested it. I recommend giving this a read then if you really find the world fascinating then maybe give the second book a try.
