It seems I've been avoiding a great number of books in Science Fiction genre because I read some Arthur C. Clarke when I was a teenager and I didn't understand a thing. Or maybe the time wasn't right and even if I had read Foundation series at that time I wouldn't have appreciated it.
Nevertheless Foundation books have made me want to dive deeper in this genre and I will.
Because the book wasn't too long I didn't put it down and persuaded myself to read it to the end. From the start to near the end everything was so dull but when it was coming to an end good stuff happened but still another phase of dullness happened and it took me 3 days to read the last 30 pages. I don't think I'll read the next book in the near future.
Afghanistan is our neighbour and I really didn't know much about them. after immigration of some of the Afghans to our country_ Iran _ people often didn't treat them well, they mocked them for their accent and didn't accept them as those who possess the same culture, at least I know it was like that in my hometown and some other places that I've visited in my country. my people complain about not treating well Iranians in other countries as immigrants and they themselves don't treat who they seek refuge in their country.
