This book has caught my attention some time ago and I finally got to read it — and it was worth every minute I spent on it. Ironically, this book managed to jumpstart a reading habit for me after a long period of “reading drought” — at first, unintentionally, then I employed the steps and tips described in this book to make it stick. Not only does this book feature quite a comprehensive deep-dive into the psychology behind habits and how they're formed, it also manages to be a very pleasurable read containing personal anecdotes and stories. A genuine recommendation for everyone with differently-wired brains who need a bit of guidance to form long-term habits as well as for those who seek to optimize their everyday life some more.
