The Troubles have always been a source of morbid fascination for me, so this was a highly anticipated read that I raced through in a few days.

The idea to cross the genres of fantasy with a legal thriller was a neat one. The characters were fun, and I found the villain to be particularly hate-able, which is always positive! This was a great read!
Wild Seed is an incredible read. Octavia E. Butler is one of the great writers of the science fiction canon. All I can say is that it was a privilege to read this book.
