Ok so hear me out. I really like Jessa's writing. But why is she just basically retelling Magnolia and BJ's toxic love story. Just frustrated because I read The Conditions of Will and loved that book. That's what finally convinced me to read the Magnolia Parks series. So I was excited to read another book by her outside of that universe (so I thought) but this is just as toxic with elements of that story line. I won't be reading the sequel to this.

I feel like this book was longer than it needed to be. I loved the message behind the story and I really did enjoy the book. Just was slow in parts.

I'm so annoyed that I let people convince me to not read this book. I heard so many people say that this one sucked and so I started the series reading book 2. But with the series now over it only felt right to read the first book and I missed out. I loved this book! Their romance was adorable and I loved the banter. Great series!

This was a really cute book. It took me a while to get into it though, I feel like the first half of the book was too slow. But once I got to the halfway point the book picked up speed and grabbed my attention.

I'm mad that I waited so long to read this series!

Ooof didn't expect most of this book. Worried about the last book now.

What a mess these books are...but I'm invested!

Glad I finally read this book.

Such an incredible story

Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. This is definitely a God tier book for me! I can't wait for more to come in this series ❤️

I really have no idea what I just read. After I finished the book I had to go on Reddit to see what others were saying it's about. Did I like it? Yes. Am I very confused? Also, yes.

3.5 a lovely story but dragged a little

Such a sweet story about the love of family and of ones self. It was a joy to read and follow along the lives of the three sister witches.

Such a sweet romance. I love that the book revolved around their game and their real lives. ❤️ Hopefully we get a sequel, I want to see Liam fall in love.

Such a sweet love story. I am so happy ai found this book.

DNF the writing is terrible. When the first page is a guy talking about how good his penis feels I knew I was in for some bad writing. It feels like a 12 year old boy wrote this. Forced myself to read 45 pages. That's about as much as I could get through.

I absolutely did not see this ending coming. What a great story that had me second guessing everything from the beginning.

Such a sweet, fun story. I loved them!

Not what I expected. It definitely made me feel bad for Medusa, but honestly there was more fluff than important story.

Such a sweet love story. They had me rooting for them from the very beginning.

It was good. It was fast paced and a good story. It just didn't feel like an Emily Henry story. I enjoyed it but it didn't have that spark that most of her books have. I'm glad I finally read it and I'm already looking forward to reading her next book whenever that may be.

I'm left speechless. I thought I had it figured out. But the story is so much more than I could have imagined. I will be waiting on bated breath for the sequel. Incredibly written and heart breakingly beautiful story. This one will stay with me for a very long time!

This was such a sweet story. Their love was simple and pure. And the friendship between Lucy and Bridget is beautiful. Such a lovely read!

This book kept me interested u til the very end. But honestly I hate books that leave things open to interpretation. Just tell me what happens lol. I'm confused by the end and sad that the story sort of ended the way that it did. About 80% of the way in it turned from a 4.5 star to a 3. Bringing in infidelity and what not just made me like the plot a whole lot less and had no real reason for being there.

Really cute. Loved the banter and the spark between the two main characters. What a great romcom!
