Just all around a great book and a must read for all first-law fans. 

Surprisingly fun read. And  it's an interesting delve into the Life in the Paris of the 1830s. Balzacs Style certainly has Something!

Great read! I very much enjoyed the mix of theory and practical examples, greatly improved the reading experience (or in my case the listening experience).
For me, the best part of the book was actually the analysis of life in socialist states that existed, for example the soviet union, quiet a refreshing and nuanced perspective. 
I can recommend this to everyone interested in leftist thought as it is very beginner friendly, I would say!

Großartiges Werk, erstaunlich gut gealtert und daher auf jeden Fall immer noch aktuell. Größte schwäche ist die Verständlichkeit, alte Sprache, fremdwörter und komplexe Themen machen das Buch relativ anspruchsvoll zu lesen, aber es lohnt sich in meinen Augen. 

Das ganze Buch ist im Prinzip eine Kritik Edouard Bernsteins und dem Sozialismus durch Reform. Wenn man nun auf die tatsächliche Entwicklung schaut, der Reformansatz hat sich ja schließlich durchgesetzt, dann fällt einem während des Lesens immer mal wieder auf, wo Luxemburg überall Recht behalten hat und wo Bernsteins Thesen sich nich bestätigt haben. 

Ich will jetzt nicht zu sehr ins Detail gehen und sage daher: selber lesen!
