1st time reading: 3 stars. It was fun, but not breathtaking.
2nd time: 3.5 I was a little more invested with the story. I feel like the plot has great potential, but it just didnt use it. The first 100 pages were good and the last 50 were also good. 

The first 200 pages or so were boring to me, but after that the story really picks up! I loved the setting of this books and the characters.

Its an amazingly magical read. I understood everything and at the same time I was utterly confused. It gave me just what I needed, without me knowing I needed it. Would definitely recommend. 

It had a pretty good rating, so i started with enthousiasm. The blur on the back talks about female warriors and a prioress who teaches swordwork. Well it was not about female warriors. It was about a woman, who comes to the abbes and becomes prioress. She changes how things are done and gets different reactions for it. The beginning was okay, but I had to force myself to read it after a 100 pages. There are better books out there.

Since this book seems to be in a lot of reading lists, I wanted to pick it up. But the story was boring and expected. The writing is not very special.

Wow, this book is just amazing.

I needed some time to get into the story. Mainly because the writing was a bit complicated. When I understood the story and characters I got really invested and loved it. 

Many say it isn't as good as the original trilogy. I think it was better.

It's a thriller. I was on the edge of my seat. It was scary.

Fun and quick read. Hit the right notes. Very predictable.

My first classic, loved it

One of the best thrillers I've read. Sometimes the names were a bit confusing. That's about the only bad thing I have to say about it. A little warning, there is some heavy abuse in this book.

At first I didn't understand this book. Then it clicked and I loved it! The writing is confusing (that may be my lack of experience with this kind of book) and beautiful.
It keeps you on the edge of your seat, without anything exciting ever happening.

Het boek is gemakkelijk te lezen door de schrijfstijl. Wel zijn er meerdere scenes die erg heftig kunnen zijn. Ik vond het een goede manier om kennis te maken met wat een borderline stoornis inhoud. Ook erg fijn vind ik de theorie achterin het boek die je informatie geeft over de stoornis.

Good I between read! The story is not very happy. The writing is good, although not very high end. The story was, for me, original. I really enjoyed the read, but probably won't revisit it. Read it in one day.

Omg, just omg. This trilogy was so freaking good. The way she put everything. The writing was beautiful the story thrilling. How, with every answer, you get a new question. I loved it.
