I enjoyed this a lot, no major journey, no high stakes, just coming to understand why this character is the way she is and it was a very nice change of pace for me.

I actually really enjoyed the first two short stories. People who couldn’t handle rejection well and how it spiraled them. Very uncomfortable thoughts, I was so confused how people could rate it lower. Then during the third story it kind of becomes a farce of itself. The later characters are just unlikable so I just didn’t care

enjoyed it quite a bit. A lot of the science stuff went over my head, but a lot of the major plot relevant science was explained very well. Easy page turner

Enjoyed this very much. Weirdly was reassuring to know that humans don’t know everything about something. Reignited a curiosity in me and am very thankful for that

I think most books in the middle of a series suffer from setting up their sequel, however Sanderson manages to give us things we were wanting from the previous book a satisfying interaction while also setting up new questions we can look forward in the next entry. Very fun

Offered a new perspective on how the rich operate. Not always evil and trying to extract the most money, sometimes they just don’t care an that is just as dangerous

I think a lot of people don’t like this book because the high level overview of this book can easily be seen as anti-left. Ultimately it’s a critique on items the left should re-evaluate. Mostly items that had a good intention when it first appeared but have evolved into something that now prevents progress. Given the length of it, no “solutions” are really provided but I think the first step to solving a problem is bringing light to it.
