Really interesting read! Very meaningful even. The fact that your name carries more weight than you think and how words are so important (the difference between a bargain and a trade). I do feel like I'm missing a lot of info about “Carcabonne” and the history of the castle.
It's a very unique anthology form of literature with an artistic take. Definitely a recommendation for those who are looking for an artistic look on Splatterpunk.
A very easy to follow plot! (I listened to the audiobook) The narration was a bit monotone but it fitted the character well. Plot wise, I expected it to be more scary but found it pleasant as it is too.
