I really enjoyed this book at the start then it got boring for me around Essay 65 and was hard to finish. I've read alot of self-help books in the past so I could just be over this type of book. 

This was an intense read and a needed book. Make sure to read the content warnings first. 

I enjoyed the practical examples of this book and it also felt like too many examples. I was hoping for some more science based answers of what happens in gaslighting 

Absolutely loved this book. Kate is wildly intelligent and shared much scientific research regarding periods 

After finishing this book, I immediately looked up books that are similar - that's how good Fern's writing is. I thoroughly enjoyed this book - it was dark (check content warnings), informative (she talks about being a late diagnosed woman with autism) and funny.
