This one just didn't do it for me. Without giving spoilers, the first 1/3 of the book was interesting and had a realistic magical component to it but rest seemed super disjointed and kind of rushed. It was like random components coming together without any reason behind them.
Without a doubt, the best book I've read in 2022. It's heartbreaking, but in the best way. If you have ever grieved over losing someone, this book will help you have peace of mind.
Sometimes I feel like my taste in writing style is very picky. I loved the story of this book and the flying houses! But the writing style just did not hit for me.
