If you liked Freakonomics you will like this. Although just a compilation of blog posts and some other rants, they are still very compelling stories and insightful analysis which makes it fun to read.
Tackles an interesting issue of following a pursuit of craftsmanship or your passion. This author has a fantastic writing style which is very easy to understand. I read the book in 2 sittings due to his clarity explaining and summarizing concepts. Recommended read!
Learning about Elon Musk just makes you rethink your life with a totally different perspective. What a fantastic human being! Definitely worth the read.
The greatest feat from this book is that Joshua demystifies some feats of mnemonics into something that everyone can achieve by practicing and using the right tools. Nevertheless the human mind is spectacular in all that it can do and sometimes lies dormant in each of us!
Interesting concept but I feel it could be condensed into a much smaller book. All the spiritual part of touching your stuff to “wake” it up really puts me off... But I got some good tips from the method.
Kinda dissapointing. This books comes after I read James Kakalios' Science of Supoer Heroes and it does not come close to that book in quality for me...
