It took me soooooo long to finish this one... I got stuck somewhere before the middle of the book, and painfully, I was moving forward in pace of chapter, half a chapter, a page once in a while for a while. After the middle, it got more engaging. Even sparked a similar interest as prior books, which I had swallowed in no time. I even thought that maybe I've been changed too much, and it was a weird one-time that this genre of children/teen fantasy got to me again, and it is not for me after all anymore, but now I think this book was just freaking boooooring for almost half of it. It got better. Much better. But still not as good as previous entries in the series. Hope the next one will get back to the same level of engagement. I am happy to report that I've returned to waiting for the next sequel (when I was already resigned to the standing of "enough").
