As I read this I couldn’t help envisioning Demon Copperhead as being one of the friends. A story of hardship, friendship, and resilience. Heartbreakingly beautiful. It will make you want to thank anyone who has believed in you and loved you unconditionally. Do not take it for granted, thank them. And more importantly, pay it forward.
