Well written BUT I do not like scary stories so this was not for me at all. I am incapable of DNFing so made myself finish but it was not fun.

LOVED THIS BOOK. Took me back to my university days. Forgot how much I loved studying literature ❤️

It was painful making myself finish this book!

I enjoyed it in a young adult beach read type of way. Predictable, simple, unrealistically fast love story but sometimes your brain wants that.

I wouldn't call myself a science fiction fan nor am I a science geek — science is not my thing. I have never read an Andy Weir book but I did watch The Martian a few years ago. For some reason this book caught my attention and I am so glad it did.

I loved the storyline, I loved the characters — even the ones I disliked. I thought the ending was beautiful and not what I had expected. I couldn't put this book down!

Fun story to while away the afternoon with but it is nothing to write home about. I found myself having to suspend reality a bit too often when listening to Hannah justify her parenting with Bailey....I have teenagers and I cannot believe her approach would work. Hannah also has to be the quickest, smartest detective working on US soil to get so much information in a matter of days.

This was a hard book to get through. Quite depressing.

Well written, easy to read book. Knowing some of the characters in person as an expat here in Hong Kong really made it hit home. Also made me realise that my initial instincts about people are pretty spot on....

A firm favourite that I have been going back to since university. Like nothing I am used to reading but it cleans the mental palate.
