The illustrations were so good, at least for me. Artistic and giving a horor vibe. My son agreed with the horor vibe because he said the illustrations were kinda scared him.
The story was about Plumelet, a princess who arrogant and had other bad attitudes. For me the story was giving 90's vibe like when I was a kid. The story was like any others classic children's story about someone (mostly princes and princesses) who got cursed by witches because of their bad upbringing. And along the way, they find their arc redemption. Again, classic yet still very good.
My 5 years old son could easily understand the story because the words used were simple enough for him.
