A Man Called Ove

Wrote a review for

What is a Man? What is integrity? These are some of the questions asked by this wonderful novel.

Ove is so great. He is hilarious in his obstinance. He's seems to be written to have some sort of neurodivergence. People don't expect a man of such quality they are blinded by the ruff first impression. And despite his many character flaws, he is always helping others and doing what he thinks he ought.

I actually feel that men like Ove are very real. People who do their duty and help others when they're needed. And it shows what he thinks he needs to do as a man. And all the other characters show different ways of being a man.

Don't underestimate the power of some gold ole black mail. 8.4/10

“Men are what they are because of what they do. Not what they say.”
