Bit of a slower start than I expected but was nice

Much like the others, it's a nice and easy read and a damn good ending to the first trilogy of the series.

Much like the first one; an easy, enjoyable read.

I came out of it more interested in fishing with how unsatisfied I was at the ending. The middle part is interesting but the end falls flat.

Pretty good insight into Auschwitz. Höss does whitewash himself a little bit though, so watch out.

I like it. I didn't expect a certain incident related to a certain ball, but we live.

Well that was bloody depressing. And really well written. It's a very powerful book and something I suggest everyone read at least once.

Great book. Loved seeing Circe's journey and how she grew.

I like that it's written like a police report, but where's the horror? He talks about everything but the actual scary monster???

Also what the hell did the penguins do to Harold. They just get keep catching strays

Quite liked it, but it would've been better if I didn't need to Google a word nearly every five minutes.

5 stars. I was on the edge of my seat, theory-crafting, hoping to catch the eventual twist. But nothing could've prepared me for it. Was a bit of an abrupt ending though, ngl.

Didn't give a flying fuck about Kafka's pov, if I'm perfectly honest, nor do I really care about Murakami's writing style in this book. But the message, or what I think is the message, sure is something innit, which ks why I'm giving it 3.5 stars, even if I don't care about Kafka or the writing. Like just get to the damn point, man, I don't need to read about Kafka's erection for the 50th time.

I like it. It's a nice story, with a lovely bit of romance and spice and zest.
