The ending of the main story made me teary eyed

First of all it is way too short for mine obsession with Horizon: Zero Dawn.

The story follows the new Sunhawk: Talanah, the first female to hold that title since the founding of the Hunter's Lodge. She is restless since she gained the title to honor her fallen father and brother, she takes a contract to get rid of a new Machine that causes trouble for the people in Rising Light but she gets injured. Talanah gets saved by Amadis a former soldier who deserted after the slaughter of Southern Spear. Hunted by Kyran, a other member from the Lodge, for the bounty on Amadis' head they wound up in a cave with a whole new threat lurking in the water.

Like I said I found the story too short and the art style was something that I'm not my preference.

Fun story. Loved Regina but Nicholas needed some slaps in the face. Also loved how tightknit the Malory family were.

Okay that ending was ridiculous but funny

Tohru is a sweet cinnamon-roll who needs to be protected.

I found this story quit boring! Maybe it was the translation or it were the hands who wrote it.

Seven different stories.
Story 1: 3 stars
Story 2: 4 stars
Story 3: 3 stars
Story 4: 3 stars
Story 5: 3 stars
Story 6: 3.5 stars
Story 7: 4 stars

The manga's of Mayu Shinjo is a ‘guilty pleasure' of mine. All her characters kinda look and act the same including the ones from After School Wedding.

This book is clearly part of a bigger serie, that I didn't read. It is the first time that I read something from Deon Meyer, I loved it that he brought me to Souht-Africa all thou I would loved to see more and clearer of the country.
The writing was quit simple and the ending was quit underwhelming.
The story it self is about a woman whom got murdered and the detectives on her case, during the story you will find out that the woman (Alicia Lewis) worked in the art business to find lost art, her speciality is the Dutch masters from the Golden Age.

Read this in one sitting, first time ever with a physical book with only words. I really liked this book and I think I going to re-read it.

The rape-suicide case ended sad and happy. The last chapter of this volume is the start of a two new cases, detective Gotou is in search of a criminal who killed his father with a hammer while Hakura begins her internship at a childerenschool and encounters a little boy (I think around 9 or 10 years old) who claims to see souls. The same ability that Yakumo has.
With the new case I can't remember any of it from the first time I read it.

A Dutch non-fiction book about writing. Only the last chapter was interesting for me, it talks about publishing. The rest of the book was quit boring.

New volume, an old crime to solve.
The crime is about Sawaguchi Rika (the ghost) whom five years earlier was raped and a couple months later she commits suicide. She is pissed off.
Meanwhile the investigation Yakumo and Haruka growing a little closer to each other.

I enjoy this serie. The first time I have read the first volume I got the vibe that this serie was similar as Ghost Hunt (only watched the anime).
The story begins with Ozawa Haruka who is seeking help by Saitou Yakumo because one of her friends wind-up in the hospital.
While reading the first volume it's clear that both characters are damage by their past.

I enjoy this serie. The art was pretty.
But I whould have liked a epiloug.

The beginning was real funny, it made me laugh out loud. But the hardships are coming!

This is a cute manga serie, I really enjoy it.

I didn't like this one shot manga.
The story is based on real life events: Mayerling-incident.
Marie release unknowing a demon out of a book. The demon named Seto must graned her a wish knowing that it will bring her disaster. Marie's wish is that she can meet the Crown prince of Austria just once, she is in love with him.
In the manga Rudolph looks a whole lot better then he ever in real life. The two stars that I gave are just solely for the art.

They went deeper into the investigation of the case of Sawaguchi Rika. They will almost solve the case.

This was a beautiful Fairy Tale about a little who loves the winter and the Ice Dragon. All thou the story is short after reading the first page I was there along side Adara.
I know that this story has nothing to do with A Song of Ice and Fire, I still wonder if this story is Fairy Tale from that world.

I lovend this serie from start to finish.
However there where a couple of things in this book that made me raise my eyebrow.

I really disliked this book!

The last volume was the best from the whole serie. The serie follows Sakurai Miu, she is in the beginning of the serie in love with Amamiya Shion but she is not confident that he while like her because of her childish looks so she turns to the Dark Arts. By using black magic she summons Satan himself, Satan agrees to grant her her wish but at a price: her virginity.
The serie follows a few tropes that the most of us are tired of seeing but there is something with this serie that kept me reading. The beginning of the serie felt for me rushed and some of the characters where annoying. I have read this serie from a website. The English translation was not good, I think that this serie was never translated official to English.
I have read more things from Mayu Shinjo and her drawing style doesnt chance must, so all of her characters kinda look the same. However her stories are kinda addictive.

I give this manga 3,5 stars.
I dont like Sakurai Miu, I think she is just plain stupid. The only characters I do like are Marupasa and Satan. The beginning of the story felt for me to rushed, I would have liked more back story. The drawing style is good.
